Attention Employees:
Starting July 18 Of 2022 In Order To Keep Up And To Distribute Productivity Evenly, Living Color Beauty Supply Will Switch To A Quantity Quota Format Job Setting That Will Consist Of The Following:
1. Every Employee Will Be Required To Perform An Average Of 7 Tasks An Hour.
1. 10% Of Your Tasks Will Be Automatically Considered Complete For Every Employee Who Calls In From Your Department On That Particular Day. Early Departures Or Late Arrivals Don't Count.
2. 50% Of Your Tasks Are Automatically Considered Complete If You Are A Cashier. 2. Employees Who Are Not Occupied With A Customer Must Log In To Our Portal And select A task at A time
3. Tasks Checked Off After Working Hours (Or During Break/ Lunch) Are Not Considered Complete.
4. “The I Forgot To Check The Task “Done/Complete” Will Not Be Accepted.
5. Tasks Checked Before Working On Them Will Not Be Considered Complete.
6. We'll Perform Random Audits, If Checked Tasks Were Not Completed, 1st Time = That Particular Day Will Seen As Zero Tasks Were Completed. 2nd Time = Written Warning. 3rd Time = Termination. 7. Employees who are considered full time (at 32 hours a week or more) Will Receive 280 Uncompleted Task Passes For The Year. If you are wondering how the 280 number came about. it is equivalent to 40 hours or a full week of no productivity. 40 hours times 7 task per hour = 280 8. Completed Tasks Will Rollover Within The Pay Period. 9. Below youll find a few examples of what will be considered a task. 1. Sale Of A Wig / Weft Pk = 1 Task 2. Pick, Sticker And Refill Braid/Crochet Hair = 1 Task Per Color. 3. Unpack New Braid/ Crochet, Organize And Sticker = 1 Task Per Color 5. Not Cleaning the Restroom will result in 10 lost Tasks. 6. 50% Of Your Tasks Will Be Considered Complete If You Assist With Shipment/Pallet Of Chemical. (Please Make Sure There Is Plenty Coverage In Your Designated Area.
